Please select a date and a 2 hour arrival time window for your service(s). You will have an opportunity to provide us more specific timing details afterwards if required.
You will not be charged until after your cleaning is complete. The prices provided are estimations only as we bill on actual cleaning time, ensure you book enough time for your clean, there will only be an additional 30 minutes able to be added if needed.
Upon the first cleaning visit, we will provide you with a quote for future services based on an estimation of an hourly rate of $95.75. EX: if the cleaners believe the next clean will take 2 hours (estimations based on a bi-weekly return) your quote will be $191.50 plus GST. Upon arrival of future cleans if it takes longer it will be billed per hour.
All move-out/in cleans will require a credit card with a pre authorization on the day of your clean. If this is not processed we will not proceed with any cleaning.
Job timer starts upon arrival, any discrepancies with access information (if you forget to leave a key, give the wrong code, etc) will be included in your cleaning time. It is suggested that you are very accurate with your access details.
We bring all of our own equipment and green cleaning products that we make ourselves - eco-friendly and non-toxic (except for oven cleaner). These products are available as Add-Ons to your service as well! Blind cleaning is done only if requested as it is very time consuming.
We typically send 2 cleaners (If you would like 3 cleaners, please request in the notes, this will allow for more to get done in a shorter amount of time and billed out at $143.63 per hour)
Book a recurring cleaning and get rewarded on subsequent cleans! 15% off for weekly, 10% off for bi-weekly, and 5% off for every 3-4 weeks. When selecting time, please choose 'Recurring' option.

Cancellation Policy: Rescheduling and cancellations can happen online up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit. For cancellations less than 48 hours, please call 403-630-9011 and a $50 fee will be charged.
